Founded in 1973, Powell Plastic & Metal Factory Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Po Wah Brush Factory Co., Ltd.) engaged in both brush manufacturing and bristle implantation in subcontracting basis, in Hong Kong. In 1983, Powell built its first manufacturing plant, “Chin Industrial Co.”, in Shenzhen, China and renamed to “Powell Plastic & Metal (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.” in 2013 to cope with business expansion. Ever since the debut of operation, Powell’s business had expanded gradually.

To cope with the relentless and ever-changing competitive market landscape, Powell proactively embraced full-scale manufacturing of brushes business to its strategic development initiatives. With steadfast determination against adversities, we succeeded in transforming ourselves to be a “total product provider” by implementing vertical integration management and total manufacturing system. 

By leveraging on advanced production equipment and process, and sophisticated technical expertise, Powell had become one of the leading hairbrush manufacturers in Asia in the past decades. Our motivation to commitment on product innovation and design and quality assurance is fueled by compliments from customers all over the world. 

In 2008, Powell was awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification. We take pride in being one of the many manufacturing companies to attain this recognized and acclaimed status in Asia.
